UNILORIN VC Attends AWAU Conference in Senegal

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), Prof. Wahab Egbewole, SAN, who also serves as the Secretary-General of the Association of West Africa Universities (AWAU), recently attended the 10th Annual Conference and 12th Annual General Meeting of AWAU.

The conference, held from February 19 to 22, took place at Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar, Senegal. Prof. Egbewole's attendance underscores UNILORIN's commitment to regional collaboration and academic excellence.

As Secretary-General of AWAU, Prof. Egbewole plays a key role in promoting higher education and research cooperation among West African universities. His participation in the conference highlights UNILORIN's active engagement in regional and international academic networks.
