UNIMAID Distance Learning Centre Announces Commencement of 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Management of the Centre for Distance Learning (CDL), University of Maiduguri, has officially announced the commencement of the 2025/2026 Academic Session, which began on 16th February 2026.

In a formal statement released by the Director of the Centre, all returning students were urged to prioritize their registration to ensure they can participate fully in the session’s academic activities, which are already in progress. 

Key Directives for Students:

Immediate Registration: Students are advised to begin and complete their registration for the new session without delay.

Adherence to Procedures: Registration must be conducted through the approved CDL portals and established administrative channels.

Compliance: Timely fulfillment of all academic requirements is essential to maintain standing within the programme. 

The Centre emphasized that the early start is part of its commitment to maintaining a stable academic calendar and providing seamless distance learning services to its students across the country.
