The University of Uyo (UNIUYO) Printing Press has announced the commencement of project binding for final-year and postgraduate students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to a management circular issued in July 2026, all affected students are required to pay for project binding either through the official UNIUYO Printing Press online portal or by making a cash deposit into the designated UNIUYO Microfinance Bank (MFB) account.

Payment Procedure

Students choosing the online payment option should:

  1. Register on the UNIUYO Printing Press portal.
  2. Verify their email address.
  3. Log in to their account.
  4. Select the Project Binding option.
  5. Provide the required project details.
  6. Complete the payment.

Students who choose to pay by cash deposit are expected to pay into the designated UNIUYO MFB account and present evidence of payment when submitting their projects.

Binding Fee

  • ₦1,500 per copy

The total amount payable will depend on the number of copies required.

After payment, students should submit their projects to the University Printing Press, Main Campus, for processing.

Students who paid online should return to collect their bound projects once their portal status changes to "READY." Those who paid by cash deposit should also present their projects for binding after payment.

The Printing Press stated that completed projects will be ready for collection within ten working days, subject to the presentation of valid proof of payment.

Approved Project Formatting

To ensure uniformity, all projects must follow the approved margin specifications:

  • Top Margin: 25 mm (2.5 cm)
  • Bottom Margin: 30 mm (3 cm)
  • Right Margin: 25 mm (2.5 cm)
  • Left Margin: 30 mm (3 cm)
