UNIUYO Faculty of Physical Sciences Begins Freshmen Screening for 2025/2026 Session
The National Association of Physical Science Students, University of Uyo (UNIUYO) – Directorate of Information and Public Relations – has announced the commencement of physical screening for all newly admitted students in the Faculty of Physical Sciences for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Fresh students are required to report to the Faculty Office at the Permanent Site to participate in the screening exercise.
Required Documents for Screening:
- Original WASSCE/NECO/GCE result
- Certificate of Origin
- Duly stamped Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt
- NIN Certificate
- 2025/2026 Post-UTME Online Registration Form
- Six (6) passport photographs with red background
- JAMB result slip
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- JAMB & UNIUYO Notification of Admission
- Recommendation Letter
The Recommendation Letter must be issued by a village head, pastor, or senior civil servant (not below level 12). Freshmen are explicitly cautioned not to obtain or pay for recommendation letters from cyber cafes to avoid invalid documentation.
Candidates are advised to ensure all documents are complete and authentic to facilitate a smooth screening process.
