University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Opens 2024/2025 Nursing Admission

The University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) has announced the release of its admission forms for the Basic Nursing Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session. Applications are now open to qualified candidates.

Qualification Criteria:

Academic Requirements: Candidates must have at least five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in either WASC or NECO, achieved at no more than two sittings. NABTEB certificates are accepted but cannot be combined with other O'level certificates.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.

Health and Legal Conditions: Candidates should not have any deformity of the hands and must not have a criminal record.

Submission Instructions:

Form Download: Forms are available on the UITH School’s website.

Submission: Completed application forms, along with two passport photographs and photocopies of credentials, should be submitted to: The College Secretary, School’s Complex, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Kwara State.
