As the 2025/2026 first semester examinations kick off at Taraba State University (TSU), the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sunday Paul Bako, has issued a powerful message of encouragement and a call for academic integrity to the entire student body.
In a statement released to inspire the campus community, the Vice-Chancellor urged students to approach their assessments with a blend of confidence and rigorous discipline.

Professor Bako described the examination period not as a hurdle, but as a platform for students to showcase their intellectual evolution.
"This period is an opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and academic growth you have built throughout the semester through diligent preparation and focused effort," the VC stated.
Reinforcing the university’s commitment to high moral standards, the Vice-Chancellor issued a stern reminder regarding examination ethics. He emphasized that true success is built on the pillars of honesty and hard work.
Concluding his message, Professor Bako offered his prayers for the students’ performance, wishing them excellent results and a hitch-free, peaceful examination season.
"As you take each paper, may your efforts be crowned with excellent results," he added, while also advocating for safe conduct across the university throughout the exercise.
