Albany Schaffer, a talented young college athlete, has earned a full athletic scholarship from the University of Louisiana, Monroe Volleyball team, in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the team's success.Albany Schaffer, a junior defensive specialist from Kansas, has received this prestigious full scholarship for her final year of eligibility.

The note presented to Albany commended her leadership and unwavering dedication to the program, describing her as one of the hardest-working and most committed players on the team."You are and have been one of the hardest working and most dedicated players on this team," she read. "You are a great teammate and leader in this program. Today your hard work pays off," the note stated.

"For the spring semester of 2019, you're going on a full athletic scholarship. Congratulations," it added. Overjoyed by this remarkable achievement, Albany promptly shared the news with her mother.Upon hearing the news, Albany's mother, Amy, expressed her shock and excitement, proudly declaring, "Oh my god! Really? Oh my god. That's the best news ever! You deserve this so much," showering her daughter with praise.

Albany's coaches attributed this recognition to her outstanding work ethic and attitude, both on and off the court. They explained that the team offers a scholarship every year, and Albany was an obvious choice.
