A new student association, Yumsuk Student's Voice, has been established to represent the collective interests of students at Yusuf Maitama Sule University (YUMSUK).

The association was formed on May 26, 2024, following a series of meetings with the ASUU YUMSUK Chapter.
The Yumsuk Student's Voice aims to utilize the power of collective bargaining to negotiate with authorities, lobby for student interests, and provide a platform for students to socialize, engage in extracurricular activities, and seek assistance when needed.

The association's leadership comprises representatives from various student unions, including:
1. P. Bamalli Ma'aruf Bamalli - Chairman
2. Abdulmalik Tanimu Yusuf - Secretary General
3. Abbas Abubakar Muhammad - Public Relations Officer 1
4. Nafisah - Public Relations Officer 2
