Ifechukwudeni Oweh, a 16-year-old prodigy, has clinched an Apple scholarship, marking a remarkable achievement as he embarks on a four-month internship as a software engineer at Apple's California headquarters.

Hailing from Nigeria, Oweh is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Tarleton State University in the United States. Despite his age, he graduated from high school at 14, subsequently honing his coding skills by working with various software companies before commencing his undergraduate studies in the U.S.

According to Tarleton news, Oweh found the academic challenges and innovative research opportunities at the Mayfield College of Engineering exhilarating. His passion for artificial intelligence was further fueled by courses in the field. At the university, Oweh engaged in research on algorithms for machine learning models within the Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
