Ahmadu Bello University Law Graduate, Appointed Acting FCT-IRS Chairman

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Mr. Michael Hadi Ango as the acting Chairman of the Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS). Ango, who hails from Kebbi State, is tasked with leading the agency's efforts to enhance revenue generation and ensure fiscal sustainability.
Mr. Ango brings extensive experience in revenue administration, financial management, and organizational leadership to his new role. His educational background includes an LLM degree from Columbia University School of Law in New York and a Bachelor of Law degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also attended the Nigeria Law School in 2003 and completed the Executive Education in Comparative Tax Policy and Administration Programme at Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2013.
