Al-Bayan University, located in Ankpa, Kogi State, has officially opened applications for its Post UTME for the 2024/2025 academic session. Prospective students seeking to begin their academic journey at this esteemed institution can now apply through a simple process.
Programmes Offered:
Al-Bayan University offers the following degree programmes under its Faculty of Social and Management Sciences:
- B.Sc. Economics and Developmental Studies
- B.Sc. Criminology and Security Studies
- B.Sc. Political Science
- B.Sc. Public Administration
- B.Sc. Business Administration
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Post UTME, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- JAMB UTME Score:
- Minimum of 145 for B.Sc. Political Science, B.Sc. Public Administration, and B.Sc. Business Administration.
- Minimum of 150 for B.Sc. Economics and Developmental Studies, and B.Sc. Criminology and Security Studies.
- Change of Institution: Applicants must change their course and first-choice institution to Al-Bayan University on the JAMB portal.
- O'Level Requirements: Applicants must have credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and three other subjects related to their course, in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or equivalent. A credit in Economics is an advantage.
How to Apply:
- Visit the Al-Bayan University Admission Portal.
- Click on “Create Account” and complete the form.
- Afterward, click “Pay Now” to pay the application fee of N10,500.
- Upon successful payment, the portal redirects you to the login page. Use your payment reference to log in.
- Complete the admission form, ensuring that you upload a passport photograph and your O'level results.
- Print the completed admission form for your records.
Important Dates:
- Application Period: Starts from 16th September 2024 and closes on 31st December 2024.
