Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology has announced a temporary electricity power outage affecting the entire university community.
The outage is due to a suspension of supply by the Electricity Distribution Company, KEDCO.

According to a memo issued by the Chairman of the Utility and Metering Committee, Professor M. I. Kaurangini, the university management is actively working with government authorities to restore power as soon as possible.
The university community has been assured that all efforts are being made to resolve the situation, and patrons are urged to bear with the inconvenience. The management appreciates the understanding and cooperation of students, staff, and faculty during this time.

The memo has been circulated to all members of the university community, including the Vice Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Registrar, Dean of Student Affairs, and Chief Security Officer.
