COPSUN Announces its 7th Biennial Conference on Effective University Governance

The Committee of Pro-Chancellors of State-Owned Universities in Nigeria (COPSUN) has officially announced its 7th Biennial Conference. The conference aims to explore the critical role of stakeholders in ensuring effective university governance.

The conference themed, "Effective University Governance: Role of Stakeholders", would take place on Monday, 8th August to Friday, 12th August, at the Providence Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos state,10:00 AM (prompt).

The Chief Host for the event would be Mr. Babajide Olusola SANWO-OLU, Governor of Lagos State and Visitor to LASU, LASUED, and LASUSTECH, alongside another Host, Senator Joshua LIDANI, Chairman of COPSUN.

• Keynote Speaker**: Prof. Nuhu Omeiza Yaqub, former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Abuja
• Conference Planning Committee Chairman**: Prof. Ayodeji Omole, Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.
