Ambrose Alli University Begins 2026 Post-UTME, Direct Entry Registration

Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, has commenced the sale of Post-UTME and Direct Entry application forms for admission into its undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The university said the exercise follows the directive of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on the commencement of the 2026/2027 admission process and the approval of the university management.

According to the institution, only candidates who selected Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, as their first-choice institution are eligible to apply.

The university announced that the sale of application forms will run from Monday, June 29, to Friday, July 31, 2026.

Applicants are required to complete their registration online through the university's admission portal.

The application form costs ₦5,000 and payment is to be made online through the Interswitch (Quickteller Business Payment) platform.

AAU also clarified that admission for the 2026/2027 academic session will be based strictly on candidates' JAMB scores, as there will be no Post-UTME screening exercise.

The university advised all applicants to note the following requirements:

  • All names must be written in full during registration, as initials will not be accepted.
  • Admission will be based solely on JAMB scores.
  • Candidates should regularly check the university admission portal for updates on the admission process.
  • Both UTME and Direct Entry candidates must upload their O'Level and, where applicable, A'Level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) on or before Friday, July 31, 2026.
  • Applications without uploaded O'Level or A'Level results on JAMB CAPS will not be processed.
  • Candidates should register with active and accessible GSM numbers to facilitate communication.
  • Direct Entry applicants are required to verify their A'Level results with their awarding institutions.
  • Candidates are also expected to complete the necessary processes through the JAMB e-Facility portal to enable JAMB process their applications.

The university warned that applicants who fail to complete and submit their online application forms may forfeit their eligibility for consideration in the 2026/2027 admission exercise.

It also cautioned that any candidate who provides false information or uploads incorrect credentials during the application process will be automatically disqualified.
