Popular TikTok streamer Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has explained that he withdrew from university after the institution allegedly failed to honour an agreement allowing him to continue his live-streaming activities while studying. Despite paying over ₦2 million in tuition fees, he said the change made it impossible to balance academics and content creation.
TikTok influencer Peller has revealed why he dropped out of university after paying over ₦2 million in tuition, saying the institution failed to honour an agreement that would have allowed him to continue streaming while studying.
Popular TikTok streamer, Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has explained why he dropped out of university after paying over N2m.
The social media influencer made the remarks during a live session on TikTok, in which he discussed his plans to return to school and complete his studies.
He explained that he has not abandoned his dream of earning a university degree despite criticism of his educational background.
According to him, education remains important to him because his partner is already a graduate, and he wants his future children to achieve the same academic milestone.
He stressed that age should not be a barrier to pursuing education, insisting that he still has time to earn a degree.

Peller also revealed that he had previously secured admission into a university and paid more than N2 million in tuition fees.
However, he said he later withdrew from the institution after it failed to honour an agreement made before he enrolled.
The TikTok star claimed that the school had assured him that he would be allowed to continue his online streaming activities while attending classes.
He said the arrangement was later cancelled, making it difficult for him to balance his studies with content creation.
Peller further alleged that the amount he paid in fees was higher than what many other students at the institution paid.
He said: “My woman is a graduate, and my future child will also be a graduate. We are all going to be graduates. Time is not late for me to go back to school.
“The university I wanted to attend deceived me. They deceived me that I would be streaming my classes, but they didn’t allow me stream, so I stopped going. I paid over ₦2 million. Even students attending that school today have never paid that amount, but I did.”
