ATBU Bauchi Hosts National Conference on Education

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, has held its first National Conference on Education, themed "The Future of Education in an Era of Artificial Intelligence."

The conference, attended by academics from Nigeria and beyond, featured keynote speaker Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy. He emphasized the significance of AI in modern education and livelihood.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Ibrahim Hassan Garba urged education policymakers to incorporate AI knowledge into school curricula, while Speaker of Bauchi State House of Assembly, Hon. Abubakar Y. Sulaiman, highlighted the state's commitment to educational developmental .
