ATBU Clinches 1st Position at NIQS BGM Quiz Competition in Abuja

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, has once again proven its academic excellence as its representatives emerged 1st position at the prestigious NIQS BGM Quiz Competition, held at the Nigerian Army Conference Center (NACCAS), Abuja.

The competition, organized as part of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) Biennial General Meeting, brought together top-performing institutions from across the country. ATBU’s team, spearheaded by Mahammad Hurso Mahammad showcased exceptional brilliance, confidence and deep understanding of core Quantity Surveying principles—outperforming several renowned universities in a highly competitive intellectual contest.

Speaking after the victory, members of the ATBU team expressed gratitude for the support of their department, faculty, and the university management. They described the win as a motivation to achieve even greater academic and professional milestones.
