A Bayero University Kano (BUK) alumnus, Ismail Academician, has expressed frustration over the delay in receiving his MBA results from Jain Deemed-To-Be University in India.

The delay is attributed to the university's requirement for his undergraduate academic transcripts, which he has been attempting to obtain from BUK since 2022.

Ismail has encountered numerous challenges in securing his transcripts, including a missing file, software failure, and incomplete copies in his departmental file. While he acknowledges that these issues are not the fault of any individual, he criticizes the system for failing to adapt to the needs of students and alumni.
