Bungoma National Polytechnic Announces Key Dates for 2025 Graduation Ceremony

The Bungoma National Polytechnic has released official schedules and guidelines ahead of its 2025 Graduation Ceremony, set for Tuesday, 9th December 2025.

According to a notice issued on 28th November 2025 by the Office of the Registrar Academics, graduands are advised to take note of the following:

• Graduation Day: Tuesday, 9th December 2025
• Payment of Graduation Fees: Extended deadline to Tuesday, 2nd December 2025, by 5:00 p.m.
• Collection of Graduation Gowns: Thursday, 4th and Friday, 5th December 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., upon submission of a gown issuance form obtained from the Registrar Academics’ Office.
• Rehearsal: Monday, 8th December 2025, at 9:00 a.m., mandatory for all graduands.

The Polytechnic emphasized that all students must adhere strictly to the schedule to ensure the smooth coordination of the ceremony.
