The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) has formally inducted four graduates from the Department of Agricultural Administration (AGAD), College of Agricultural Management and Rural Development (COLAMRUD), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), as Associate Members of the Institute.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) has formally inducted four graduates from the Department of Agricultural Administration (AGAD), College of Agricultural Management and Rural Development (COLAMRUD), Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), as Associate Members of the Institute.

The induction ceremony, held on December 1, 2025, in Lagos, marked a key professional milestone for the graduates: Yewande Oluwabukola Adegboyega, Kehinde John Owolabi, Toheed Ayinde Basiru, and Damilola Ebenezer Oladokun.

Prof. Adefunke Ayinde, Head of the Department of AGAD, praised the inductees for their dedication, resilience, and successful completion of CIPM’s rigorous professional examinations. She noted that their induction underscores the high standards expected of personnel management professionals and aligns with CIPM’s mission to cultivate competent human resource practitioners for national development.

CIPM also commended FUNAAB’s Department of Agricultural Administration for actively encouraging students to pursue professional certifications, highlighting the achievement as a reflection of the department’s quality mentorship, academic grounding, and industry-oriented exposure. The Institute encouraged more students to leverage such opportunities to align with global best practices in personnel management.
