The Vice Chancellor also directed a strong message to students urging them not to remain silent in the face of harassment intimidation or exploitation She assured them that the university administration is fully committed to responding promptly to any reported case of abuse.
She reaffirmed that her leadership places high priority on student protection stating that no student would be left vulnerable under her watch and encouraging them to report any form of misconduct without fear of victimization.

The address reinforced a dual stance of strict enforcement for misconduct and strong protection for students signaling a more assertive disciplinary framework within COOU moving forward.
