The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) has announced plans to introduce a one-year residency program for engineering students to enhance their skills post-graduation. The President of COREN, Prof. Sadiq Zubair Abubakar, revealed this development during a press briefing ahead of the council's 32nd assembly in Abuja.
