Dr. Maurice Emberga Tyokever of College of Education Katsina-Ala Receives Rotary Club Award

Dr. Maurice Emberga Tyokever, the Provost of College of Education Katsina-Ala, has been awarded by the Rotary Club of Makurdi Bay for his dedication and significant contributions to the development of education in Benue State.

The award was presented to him by the President of the club, Rotarian Umagba Jessey Abah, during the investiture ceremony held at Hallydays Hotel and Resorts, Ankpa Quarters Extension, Makurdi.

Dr. Tyokever was accompanied by his wife, Rotarian Benedicta Kadoon Tyokever, his son, Rotarian Eugene Tyokever, and his daughter-in-law, Njigha Asema Abraham. In his acceptance speech, Dr. Tyokever dedicated the award to the Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, acknowledging the governor for providing the platform that enabled him to contribute to the educational development in the state.
