FCE Katsina Receives N59.6 Million from NELFund for Student Loan Programme

The Federal College of Education, Katsina, has received N59,647,030.00 from the Nigeria Education Loan Fund (NELFund) for 1,106 students under the student loan programme.

The funds were received on March 20, 2025, but access was delayed due to technical issues with the Central Bank of Nigeria.

The college's management has expressed gratitude to NELFund and commended the Federal Government's initiative, which aims to ease financial burdens on students. The college has assured that it will refund institutional charges to students who have already paid their fees for the 2024/2025 session.
