Foreign Scholarship: State Education Minister Attends Flag-Off Ceremony for 70 Beneficiaries

The Honourable Minister of State for Education, Rt. Hon. Dr. Yusuf Tanko Sununu, graced the flag-off ceremony for 70 students who have been awarded scholarships by the Distinguished Deputy Senate President, Sen. Barau I. Jibrin. The event, held at the Amani Event Centre on Tamandu Road, Nasarawa GRA, Kano State, marked a significant milestone in supporting Nigerian students' academic pursuits abroad.

The scholarship will enable these students to undertake studies in cutting-edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Forensics, and Robotics. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance Nigeria's presence in these critical and emerging disciplines on the global stage.

During his address, Minister Sununu emphasized the importance of the scholarship as a stepping stone for the beneficiaries to excel in their chosen fields.
