FUE Zaria Announces Screening Date for NCE Statement of Results

The Management of the Federal University of Education (FUE), Zaria, has officially announced the commencement of the screening exercise for the collection of NCE Statements of Results for the 2024/2025 academic session.
According to a notice released by the Office of the Registrar on February 19, 2026, the exercise is mandatory for all graduating NCE students from both the Regular and Part-Time programmes.
Screening Schedule
Time: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm daily.
Venue: Records Section, Academic Office.
Required Documents
All concerned students must present the following documents for the screening:
A written Application Letter addressed to the Academic Secretary.
Admission Letter and EIDF (Application Form).
O'Level Result/Certificate and a Scratch Card for result verification.
JAMB Slip or JAMB Admission Letter.
Matriculation Oath Form.
Course Registration Forms (NCE I–III) and Evidence of Payment of Registration Fees (NCE I–III).
Duly completed Clearance Form and Bio-Data Form.
Birth Certificate and Certificate of Indigenization.
Letter of Good Conduct from a reputable person in society.
Two (2) recent passport photographs.
The university management, through the Academic Secretary, Muhammad Ibrahim, has enjoined all students to comply strictly with these arrangements to ensure a smooth process.
