The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, delivered a paper titled "Working with Emotional Intelligence" during a one-day program organized for principal officers, provosts, deans, and directors of the university.
The event, held at the Old Senate Chamber on September 23, 2024, aimed to enhance leadership and management skills within the institution.
In addition, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Prof. Ali Ishaq Shugaba, presented a paper on "Effective Stress Management," offering insights into handling workplace stress for improved productivity and well-being.
