The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, delivered a paper titled "Working with Emotional Intelligence" during a one-day program organized for principal officers, provosts, deans, and directors of the university.

In addition, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Prof. Ali Ishaq Shugaba, presented a paper on "Effective Stress Management," offering insights into handling workplace stress for improved productivity and well-being.
