The incoming Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Mohammed Isa Kida, has inspected the ongoing hostel renovation at the University’s Permanent Site Campus.
The inspection, carried out on the directive of the outgoing Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, was aimed at assessing the level of progress and ensuring compliance with approved standards.
During the visit, Prof. Kida expressed his satisfaction with the pace of work but emphasised the importance of timely completion and strict adherence to quality specifications.
The contractors briefed the University's Management on the status of the project, assuring that the renovation would be completed within the agreed timeframe, in line with set standards.
The hostel renovation forms part of FULafia’s commitment to improving students’ welfare and providing conducive living environment.
