In an official disclaimer, the university stated that it has not created any recruitment portal and has not commenced any form of staff recruitment. Management stressed that all calls, messages, online advertisements, or websites claiming to offer employment opportunities on behalf of FUNATO are fake, fraudulent, and completely unauthorized.
The university cautioned members of the public to disregard such misleading information and advised prospective job seekers not to submit applications, share personal details, or make payments to any individual or platform claiming to represent FUNATO in recruitment matters.

According to the statement, FUNATO emphasized that any legitimate recruitment exercise, when approved, would be formally announced through the university’s recognized and authorized communication channels.
The institution further urged the public to remain vigilant and properly guided to avoid falling victim to employment-related scams.
