In a recent collaborative effort, the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) hosted a pioneering career development workshop for women in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Organized by the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) in conjunction with the Network of Nigerian Women in STEM (NWiSTEM) and Women's Dignity Initiative Incorporated (WDII), the workshop aimed to equip female scholars with the tools necessary for academic advancement and achieving a healthy work-life balance.
