Governor Seyi Makinde Visits LAUTECH Iseyin Campus to Address Stakeholder Concerns

The Executive Governor of Oyo State and Visitor to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde, FNSE, conducted an official visit to the University’s Iseyin Campus on Friday, December 26, 2025. 

The visit was specifically organized to engage directly with stakeholders—including students, university management, and community representatives—regarding several critical issues affecting the smooth operation of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Renewable Natural Resources. 

This visit follows a series of administrative actions by the Governor, including the recent approval of a 13th-month salary for staff and ongoing efforts to enhance campus security and road infrastructure in the region. 

The Governor reiterated his administration's dedication to maintaining LAUTECH's status as a premier institution and ensuring that the Iseyin campus continues to drive economic growth and agricultural development in the Oke-Ogun zone.
