IBBUL 2023 NUC Accreditation exercise reaches climax

The ongoing accreditation exercise of some academic programmes of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai by the National Universities Commission (NUC) has reached its climax with the arrival of a team for the MSc. Business Administration and the Master of Business Administration.

Receiving the team on behalf of the Vice Chancellor, Professor Abu Kasim Adamu, the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Administration, Professor Hassan Ibrahim disclosed that IBB University, Lapai was fully ready to cooperate with the team for a successful exercise.

He said even if  the University may have its shortcomings, the  best would be done to achieve success.

Speaking, the Leader of the team, Professor Patrick Osiogwu said the team is a committee of brothers who are ready to help each other, adding that the visit was a fact finding one.

He stressed that as an external body they would look at things to see if they conform with the NUC guidelines.

It would be recalled that the exercise began in the mid October with arrivals and exit briefings.
