IBBUL Signs Historic MoU with Sanskaram University, India

Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai (IBBUL), has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sanskaram University, Jhajjar, Haryana, India.

The agreement aims to strengthen academic collaboration, staff and student exchange, and research development across key disciplines.

The MoU was signed following an initiative by Dr. Musa Emmanuel Umaru, Head of the Department of Sociology, who recognized the potential for collaboration during a visit to India. The partnership will open new frontiers in forensic criminology, medical education, law, and technology-driven approaches to addressing security challenges.

IBBUL's Vice Chancellor, Professor Hadi Sulaiman, commended Dr. Umaru for his dedication and selfless service to the growth of the university. The agreement is expected to yield results soon, benefiting both institutions, Niger State, and Nigeria at large.
