He emphasized that the unit’s role in sensitization, system review, and monitoring remains critical to institutional development.

The Rector further stressed that the success of the initiative depends on the collective commitment of all staff, urging them to uphold transparency, accountability, and professionalism in the discharge of their duties. He also commended the ICPC for establishing anti-corruption structures across public institutions.

In a goodwill message, the Resident Anti-Corruption Commissioner (RACC) expressed appreciation to the Polytechnic’s management for the warm reception and for facilitating the successful re-inauguration of the ACTU members.

The oath of office was administered by Barr. Solomon Longee, while Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials were presented to the Rector by Mr. James Okoro Ulu.

In his remarks, the ACTU Chairman, Dr. Sani Abdullahi, appreciated the Rector for his continued support, particularly in facilitating training of ACTU members at the Anti-Corruption Academy of Nigeria (ACAN), Keffi, and for sponsoring awareness initiatives such as billboards and banners within the Polytechnic.
