IMT Enugu Urges Students to Apply for NELFUND Loans

The Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Enugu, has called on all its students to register with the National Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) to access financial support for their studies.

The fund covers tuition fees—including hostel and clearance fees—and provides an upkeep allowance for one academic year.

Students are advised to follow these steps to apply:

1. Visit the NELFUND portal at https://nelf.gov.ng.
2. Click on Apply Now to access the registration page.
3. Verify personal and educational details, including student status.
4. Create a secure email and password, then activate the account via the verification email.
5. Log in, complete your profile, and submit bank information (BVN, account number; note that Opay, Palmpay, Moniepoint, and Kuda are not accepted).
6. Request a loan by specifying funding needs and uploading the required documents.
7. Review and submit the application.

IMT Enugu urged students to register promptly to secure their financial support and encouraged them to share the opportunity with peers.
