JICORAS Babura Welcomes New Registrar, Barrister Garba Yakubu Esq

 The Management and staff of the Jigawa State College of Remedial and Advanced Studies (JICORAS), Babura, officially welcomed their newly appointed Registrar, Barrister Garba Yakubu Esq., as he assumed duty on Monday, March 30, 2026.

The arrival of the new Registrar, who was accompanied by senior colleagues from Jigawa State Polytechnic, Dutse, marks a strategic addition to the college’s principal officers and administrative leadership.
