Kashim Ibrahim University Convocation: Hon. Umar Lawan Dalorima Congratulates Institution on Milestone

Hon. Umar Lawan Dalorima, Commissioner for Finance and Economic Development, has congratulated Kashim Ibrahim University (KIU), Maiduguri, on its successful Combined Convocation Ceremony. He described the event as a significant milestone, reflecting KIU's growth, resilience, and academic progress.
