The Lagos State University of Education (LASUED) has officially released its academic calendar for the 2024/2025 session. The detailed schedule outlines significant academic events and activities for returning and fresh students.
Key highlights include:
- Resumption dates for 300-level students (September 17, 2024), 200-level students (October 14, 2024), and fresh students (October 21, 2024).
- Teaching Practice sessions for lecturers and students will take place across both the Epe and Oto/Ijanikin campuses, starting in late September.
- Lectures for 100-level and 200-level students are set to begin on October 28, 2024, and students' orientation will be conducted between December 3 and 5, 2024.
- Students' matriculation is scheduled for January 14, 2025, marking the formal induction of fresh students into the university.
The calendar also includes examination dates for various levels, with first-semester exams for 200-level and 100-level students set for January 20 to February 21, 2025, and mid-semester exams for 300-level students in February.
