LASU Disowns Viral NYSC Transport Arrangement Poster

Lagos State University (LASU) has distanced itself from a viral digital poster circulating on social media, which claims that the institution’s Students’ Affairs Division has arranged transportation for Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) to NYSC Orientation Camps across the country.

The poster had indicated that buses would depart from the Ojo Campus at 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 24th September 2025. In a statement signed by the Deputy Registrar and Coordinator, Centre for Information and Public Relations, Mrs. Oluwayemisi A. Thomas-Onashile, LASU made it clear that the Students’ Affairs Division has no hand in the purported arrangement and has not authorised any individual, group, or organisation to coordinate such logistics.
