Marlene's academic journey began with a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bindura University of Science, Zimbabwe. She continued her pursuit of knowledge at the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe, where she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Taking her educational aspirations further, Marlene enrolled at the University of Sussex, embarking on her master's degree journey with the prestigious United Kingdom Chevening Scholarship. She excelled in her studies, obtaining a distinction in her business analysis report and achieving an overall distinction in her master's program.
