Minister Commissions E-Tricycles at BUK Under Renewed Hope Scheme

The Federal Government's Renewed Hope agenda saw a significant rollout in sustainable campus mobility today, with the formal launch of an Electric (E-Tricycle) Transportation Scheme at Bayero University, Kano (BUK).

Professor Suwaiba Ahmad Said, the Honourable Minister of State for Education, presided over the commissioning ceremony. Twenty new solar-powered tricycles were officially introduced to the university community to provide eco-friendly transportation options across the campus.

Professor Musa highlighted the scheme as a vital step in modernizing campus infrastructure while aligning with national sustainability goals.
