National Open University of Nigeria to Hold 32nd Inaugural Lecture

The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has announced that its 32nd inaugural lecture will take place on Monday, April 7, 2025, at the university's headquarters in Abuja.

 

Professor Ali S. Yusufu Bagaji, Professor of Public Policy in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, will deliver the lecture. His presentation is titled "State-Building Experiments in Nigeria's Multi-Ethnic Society: Policy Pillars for Achieving Pre-Set Triple National Goals?"

The event will commence at 11:00 a.m. at the Conference Centre of NOUN, Jabi, Abuja. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olufemi Peters, will be the Chief Host.
