Nile University Rewards Staff Excellence with ₦1M–₦3M Cash Prizes

In a standout move for staff welfare and motivation, Nile University of Nigeria recently held its Annual Employee Recognition Ceremony, awarding outstanding staff and departments for their commitment to institutional excellence. 

A total of 20 employees across academic and administrative sectors were honored for their exceptional performance. In a significant financial gesture, each individual awardee received cash prizes ranging from ₦1,000,000 to ₦3,000,000. 

Staff members were rewarded for their dedication to driving the university's mission forward, emphasizing that hard work is a valued currency at the institution.

The ceremony also featured the prestigious Honoris Awards, celebrating high-performing teams. Winning departments were recognized for their contributions in key areas such as AI-Driven Student Support, Smart Marketing, Women Empowerment, and Academic Research.
