NOUN-NICC Shares Students' Testimonials to Highlight Support Services
Speaking on the initiative, the Head of NOUN-NICC, Ms. Wosilatu Ainodion, stated that the testimonials are part of efforts to encourage students to engage with the Centre's services.
The National Open University of Nigeria Information Communications Centre (NOUN-NICC) has showcased testimonials from students, highlighting the effectiveness of its support services in resolving queries and enhancing students' experience at the institution.
Speaking on the initiative, the Head of NOUN-NICC, Ms. Wosilatu Ainodion, stated that the testimonials are part of efforts to encourage students to engage with the Centre's services.
“The testimonials are meant to highlight our commitment to addressing students' queries promptly and ensuring a smooth experience at NOUN. They also aim to inform stakeholders and encourage more students to utilise our support services, as some are still unaware of them,” Ainodion explained.
NOUN-NICC provides various support services, including an e-ticketing platform, email correspondence, a call centre, and in-person assistance.
Ainodion also urged staff to share and circulate the testimonial resource among families, friends, and loved ones to further promote the services offered by the Centre.
