NSUK Faculty of Agriculture Wins Top Honors at National Agricultural Show

The Faculty of Agriculture at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), has emerged victorious, clinching two prestigious awards at the 2024 National Agricultural Show.  

The faculty secured the 1st Position for Colleges and Faculties of Agriculture in Nigerian Universities and another 1st Position in Fisheries Technology.  

On Friday, November 29, 2024, the Dean of the Faculty, Professor S.A. Okunsebor, presented the awards to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Saadatu Hassan Liman, in her office. This remarkable achievement underscores the faculty’s commitment to advancing agricultural education and innovation.  

The National Agricultural Show, an annual event celebrating agricultural inventions and innovations, took place from November 24 to 29, 2024, at the National Agricultural Show Ground, located along Keffi-Abuja Way, Tudun Wada, Karu Local Government Area, Nasarawa State.
