The management of Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa, has directed all 100 Level and Direct Entry students to activate their student portals immediately.
According to a circular from the Office of Academic Affairs dated March 6, 2026, the University observed that several newly admitted students have not completed portal activation. Common issues include:
- Failure to complete Acceptance and Medical Clearance forms
- Submission of incorrect JAMB registration numbers
- Use of wrong Gmail addresses
These errors have prevented affected students from accessing their portals and participating in examinations.
To address this, the University has extended the deadline for portal activation. Affected students are required to report to the Academic Affairs Division on or before Friday, March 6, 2026, to resolve these issues and complete the activation process.
The University has stressed that failure to comply by the deadline will result in forfeiture of admission. Students are urged to treat this notice with urgency and complete their portal activation without delay.
