Requirement for Collection of Certificate from COOU

Chukwuemeka odumegwu ojukwu university, uli, Anambra state has released the requirements for the collection of certificates from the University.

According to findings by Myschoolnews, affected students are to visit the examination Unit of the University and follow the guidelines below:

A) Collection by Self

Payment of N15,000 Certificate fee and present the receipt

Payment of N4,000 Convocation fee and present the receipt

Payment of N2,000 Alumni fee and present the receipt

Presentation of statement of result

Application for the collection of certificate

A form to be collected by the student at the Exams unit and completed on the spot

B) Collection by Proxy

The above (1 – 6) to be presented

A court affidavit

A police extract

A letter of authorisation for the collection from the owner

A picture where the owner of the certificate and the person collecting the certificate appeared together.

Note: All payment will be made by generating a Remita number by following the steps below.
