Skyline University Nigeria Concludes Staff Fitness Challenge to Promote Healthy Living

Skyline University Nigeria (SUN) recently organized a Staff Fitness Challenge for its operational staff, aimed at promoting healthy living and wellness among employees.

The challenge, which spanned several weeks, involved weekly weight checks, with the top three participants receiving prizes. The winners were Mr. Ahmed Muhammed Abdullahi, SUN Registrar, who took first place, Mr. Caleb Bulus from the Sports Department, who secured second place, and Mr. Sreenath Uthamantil, who claimed third place.

During the award ceremony, Mr. Musa Muhammed emphasized the importance of the fitness challenge in encouraging staff to take charge of their health and combat diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. He commended the SUN management for supporting the initiative.
