Sule Lamido University Receives Accreditation Team for B.Sc. Accounting Program

Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa (SLUK) hosted an Accreditation Team from the National Universities Commission (NUC) on Tuesday, 26th November 2024, for the accreditation of its B.Sc. Accounting program. The program is offered by the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences.
The team, led by Professor Yusha’u Ibrahim Ango from Kaduna State University (KASU), conducted the accreditation process as part of a peer review mechanism aimed at evaluating the program's infrastructure, teaching facilities, and quality of instruction. The goal of the exercise is to assess and provide recommendations to improve the academic excellence of the program.
Professor Emmanuel Kighir Apedzan from Federal University, Dutsinma (FUDMA) also participated in the accreditation team. The team visited the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Yakasai, to discuss the process and its objectives.
