In her lecture, Odetoye explained that the trans esterification experiment was conducted based on a two-factor, three-level central composite design, with catalyst concentration and reaction time identified as significant factors affecting biodiesel yield.

Highlighting the significance of her research, Odetoye noted that the use of eggshells as catalysts presents an affordable and sustainable option for biodiesel production. She emphasized that this innovative approach not only adds value to poultry production processes but also contributes to waste minimization in the poultry industry.
